All returns must be Prepaid, we DO NOT accept COD's.

with your written request so that we may make adjustments
to your exchange or credit your account.
Sorry, but Personalized and Custom Size Orders
are NOT Returnable.
Delivery Charges:
Our terrific goodies will be shipped within 5-7 days,
unless otherwise noted on our website or by e-mail.
Please note: Teca Tu is not a big warehouse shop and
sometimes, unfortunately, we may be out of stock. You will
be advised if there will be a delay.
Custom Size orders require 4-6 weeks.

We ship FedEx Ground. FedEx Air is available at additional cost.
